the incumbent is expected to be a technical expert in one or several product categories relevant to the market, such as structured products, investment, financial planning, retirement, protection, and mortgage.
the most significant contribution is expected to support wealth's relationship managers in gaining more client trust and commitment in broadening and deepening their relationship with hsbc by serving customers outside the branch, either individually or in joint work with the relationship manager.the mobile insurance specialist is usually deployed to add value to the wealth's relationship managers on their daily activities and responsibilities at the regional level in more sophisticated products for wealth customers.principal accountabilities:support relationship managers in gaining client confidence and trust in hsbc capabilities and increase the effectiveness and quality of needs fulfilled for target clients.assist relationship managers by identifying and uncovering clients' needs, identifying relevant wealth solutions and conducting technical analysis, and helping relationship managers present and explain solutions to clients or conducting end-to-end sales processes on-site (office, home, or other locations requested by clients).manage commercial activities to increase customer penetration in the wealth segment.provide detailed tracking and registration of activities.promote the professional sale of insurance products.provide specialist advice on appropriate insurance solutions to ensure the insurance/protection needs of wealth customers are well fulfilled.train relationship managers on technical and practical skills through programmed training when needed and improve their product-specific technical knowledge through effective on-the-job coaching.assist with client-planned events.#j-18808-ljbffr
