they review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports, direct all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecasts.
they also oversee the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements.

- supervises all financial operations and directs corporate financial planning
- prepares the short and long-term financial forecasts of the financial operation for use with internal and external management.
- develops, executes and maintains accounting, policies and administrative procedures for a vast system of activities including financial accounting, reports and other corporate policies.
- skill in all aspects of corporate accounting and all rules relevant to compliance with accounting principles (gaap) and regulations including compliance with sarbanes-oxley.
- ensures the effectiveness of the information systems services applicable in finance with support from the company's systems area.
- closing coordination of the month (fiscal), and communicate alerts for possible financial risks.
- analysis for waste prevention in relation to manufacturing
*requirements*:
- 7 to 9 years of experience on a similar role
- advanced english
- sap and hfm knowledge for month closing activities.
- no need-to-know macro pro and sistema de seguimiento (local erp's), but very open to learn about them, and do manual analysis for sap reconciliations.
- budget and fcst.
- interaction with shared services from all over the world, suitzerland, costa rica, us, mexico.
- high knowledge on excel to manually populated information.
