objective:
free the ceo’s mind and calendar by driving structure, follow-up, and flawless execution of key strategic projects and operational routines. Act as the ceo’s right hand in managing chaos—turning vision into reality through discipline, clarity, and results.
key responsibilities:
* coordinate weekly meetings between the ceo and internal/external leaders, managing time, agendas, and priorities effectively.
* track progress across multiple active projects, ensuring clear ownership, deadlines, and visible results.
* prepare executive summaries and briefings across different areas (consulting, software, partnerships, etc.).
* actively manage ongoing transformation projects—raise red flags, escalate blockers, trigger hiring or vendor action if stuck.
* anticipate operational bottlenecks and offer proactive solutions.
* manage work tools (google calendar, notion, slack, etc.) so the ceo can focus on execution only.
* collaborate closely with hr and ops to unblock decisions or implement solutions.
* protect the ceo’s time while fostering structure without unnecessary rigidity.
what you will bring:
* minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager, chief of staff, or operations coordinator in a digital company, agency, consultancy, or startup.
* exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
* high emotional intelligence: knows when to act and when to escalate.
* excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* habit of reporting progress in an executive, clear, and straightforward manner.
* self-driven, well-organized, and proactive.
* remote work is allowed, but availability and discipline for regular syncs with the ceo are essential.
