will work in partnership with member operations management and gts to resolve problems, review enhancements and submit "change requests" that involve our processes.detailed responsibilities:- provide support to records, r&r, order audit and member compensation gbs auditors with general questions (floor support) and escalated situations.- advise and process cases of high exposure for business and / or legal exposure effectively and with limited deadlines.- review / validation of statistical information ensuring that all information is captured in a timely manner.- provide support to projects and initiatives reviewing and approving business requirements and document design.- provide support to the gbs, while maintaining an open mind to process improvements and helping identify areas that can be automated.- must use fact-finding and analytical skills to identify and report any inconvenience in the gbs departments.- must keep informed and stay current with herbalife's marketing plan - policies.- complete translation requests, and all special projects assigned and related to member operations.- support company and department projects from beginning to end.
