*your key responsibilities*- develop business opportunities and maintain existing ones to meet the annual sales budget.- maintain a close business relationship based on mutually beneficial agreements.- provide commercial support for the introduction of new materials to current clients and promote these materials to potential clients through commercial expertise, innovation, and technical support.- negotiate prices, volumes, new projects, and develop commercial offers with clients according to the agreed strategy, keeping accounts healthy and profitable.- understand and track customer needs according to client and market demands.- review and fulfill accurate monthly sales planning to maintain inventories as precisely as possible.- develop action plans following the established program with the global and regional team.
*what you bring*- * education*: bachelor's degree in food chemistry, biochemical engineering, food engineering, or related fields.- * language*: intermediate to advanced english.- 4 to 5 years of experience in the food ingredients industry is desirable.- commercial experience, preferably in specialty ingredients (cultures and dairy enzymes), flavors, and technical knowledge in food processes, dairy, and plant-based products.
