the opportunity
the sr. Business analyst will be responsible for managing the equipment management spa box to efficiently resolve equipment and asset-related issues for our field sales organization. This role will support the pfna sales technology sustainment team, which delivers best-in-class capabilities and solutions to over 30,000 employees. The ideal candidate will be highly responsive, organized, and capable of managing competing priorities while ensuring accurate and timely updates to headcount and asset data.
your impact
as sr. Business analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
1. manage and process the new activation list daily (monday to friday) to support zone requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
2. utilize the pbi mobile assets tool and pbi headcount tool to monitor current zone data and determine when to cancel requests.
3. communicate with zones and bza’s regarding cancellations and provide training on inventory management when needed.
4. manage the spa box by responding to emails in the order received, tagging resolved issues, and accurately filing all completed communications in the spa box tracker.
5. update the zbm headcount tool monthly and manually adjust data in the excel file in onenote as needed.
6. prepare and process gpid mismatch files for iphones and ipads every two weeks, creating service now tickets and coordinating with jitender negi for bulk upload.
qualifications

education
• bachelor’s degree required with concentration in business, data analytics, or engineering preferred.
experience
• english fluency required - written and verbal.
• advanced/proficient computer skills (outlook, word, power point, excel) required; salesforce & sap is a plus.
• must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively.
• experienced in handling several responsibilities in parallel.
• very responsive and comfortable with working in a dynamic environment.
• clear communication skills (both written/oral) tailored to different levels of seniority.
• attention to detail.
• comfortable working in a cloud environment.
• superb organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
