Tire base inc. is seeking a proactive, charismatic, and highly organized onboarding specialist to ensure our newly converted customers successfully adopt our software.
you will guide them through the onboarding process, managing data migration, task coordination, and training while working closely with internal teams to guarantee a seamless experience.

*what you'll do*
customer relationship & onboarding management:
- own and manage the *onboarding journey* for small to medium-sized businesses transitioning to tire base.
- build relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring they *feel supported and confident* using the software.
- lead *structured onboarding calls* and *product walkthroughs*, guiding customers step by step.
- drive *customer engagement and product adoption* by addressing challenges proactively.
- ensure customers complete their *onboarding checklist* on or before their *go-live date*.
*data migration & task coordination*:
- work with *excel spreadsheets* to facilitate customer *data migration* into the tire base platform.
- *coordinate with data migration and support teams*, ensuring smooth transitions.
- track and manage customer progress, ensuring all *tasks and activities are organized*.
- provide *weekly updates* to customers, keeping them aligned with their onboarding plan.
- transfer *open support tickets* to the *support team* once onboarding is successfully completed.
*collaboration & internal coordination*:
- partner with *accounting* to ensure all *setup fees and subscription costs* are paid before the *go-live date*.
- work closely with *support, sales, and product teams* to provide feedback and enhance the onboarding experience.
- identify *process improvements* to make onboarding *more efficient and seamless*.
