*purpose of the job*
grow revenue in assigned territory by managing existing customers and new customer acquisition:
- identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- provide technical support and guidance to customers
- manage existing and establish new relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
*description of job related tasks*
- field sales activities to promote ingun products
- continuous customer development
- drive overall sales growth within assigned territory
- develop the assigned sales region (using both short-term and long-term strategies)
- gather customer or product information to determine customer needs
- manage and develop new, high-profile key accounts
- deal with customer enquiries by providing technical consultation and solutions using ingun's products
- gain market knowledge and expertise to identify future market needs and trends
*job relevant skills / competencies*
- experience in technical sales in the electronics market, preferably test & measurement
- experience in developing new, as well as established sales regions
- performance driven and goal-oriented attitude
- excellent presentation, communication and relationship building skills
- ability to work in team but also to work independently
- good english skills (writing and speaking)
- driving license required
*job relevant education*
university degree or diploma in business engineering, electronics or mechanics or similar
*travel activity*
around 50% in the greater guadalajara area (no overnight stays)
*salary and benefits*
*salary*:30,000 pesos net
further benefits: car, gasoline, laptop & cellular)
bonus: 30,000 pesos net (if 100% achievement of targets)
