About the role

If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you in international program operations team in mexico. The role supports our property & casualty underwriting team in mexico in the handling of ip insurance business for our corporate customers and their brokers.
your main tasks will include the following:
• to accurately reflect the terms and conditions of international business written in our administration systems
• to manage & coordinate international programs (incoming) in close collaboration with the global network
• to prepare and issue documents (binders, policies, endorsements and certificates) to our customers
• to be in contact with our local offices, network partners and brokers on a regular basis and attend customer and broker meetings and requests.
additionally, you will:
• follow-up on outstanding information or items as per internal guidelines following standard operating procedures for ip.
• compile, sort, review and verify data accuracy using source documents, detect errors, and initiate correction while following-up with local broker or process owner regarding any inconsistencies found in the submission or binding order
about the team
in this role you will report directly to the international program operation manager, and you will work closely with underwriters. Further you will interact with global functions in operations, underwriting assistants and underwriters across the region.
this role requires knowledge of international program business processes for incoming, preferably property. We believe in teamwork and are looking for someone that integrates well as you will be partnering with a broad network of specialists. A service mindset will be key as well as finding the right balance of being tactical and strategic.

you have:
• bachelor degree or equivalent experience
• excellent communication skills (reading, written and verbal) in spanish and english is a requirement
• strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• the ability to prioritize, plan, coordinate and manage personal work
• strong user skills in microsoft office package (special focus on excel)
