job description
join a groundbreaking team dedicated to improving talent intelligence. The hrit analyst will leverage skills in analysis, configuration, and diverse information services disciplines, including architecture, security, and service delivery. As a business point of contact, you will work independently to support defined groups within our function.
accountabilities
* collaborate with hr authorities: work alongside internal and external hr authorities to define requirements, recommend, and implement approved solutions.
* knowledge transfer: lead both formal and informal training sessions to educate business users on system deployment and functionality.
* release management: support release management, identify relevant improvements, and assess impacts on downstream systems.
* collaborator engagement: nurture relationships with hr collaborators to anticipate issues and deliver timely support.
* data requirement gathering: conduct workshops passionate about data mapping, transformation, and planning with collaborators and technical teams.
* system configuration: lead configuration efforts for eightfold's talent intelligence platform, including talent acquisition and management modules.
* data migration and integration: design solutions using json and xml to ensure successful technical delivery.
* api support: facilitate data integrations via apis and employ etl using python when vital.
requirements
* demonstrable experience supporting recruiting or talent management systems or experience with erp systems.
* strong inter-personal skills to cultivate authentic business relationships and overcome challenges collaboratively.
* proficient verbal and written communication capabilities.
* beneficial experience: workday recruitment and/or eightfold, technical implementations of peoplesoft, taleo, sap successfactors, or other hris/ats systems.
desirable
* analysing and transforming ats data.
* demonstrable understanding of service-oriented architecture, common integration design patterns, and scripting languages such as python, sql, json, and etl methods.
* competence in debugging data issues, fixing apis, and conducting root cause analysis.
* familiarity with integration technologies, including edi, web services, xml, java, and .net.
* educational requirement: bs/ba degree.
