principal accountabilities and responsibilities
4. requirements management, tracking and traceability using tools like jira, confluence, visio
5. requirement gathering, writing and analysis
6. managing the capture, analysis and documentation of business process (including it processes)
7. designing solutions or change interventions
8. oversee change management activities which can include diverse tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement
9. creating use cases & clear choice
10. review test plans, test cases ensuring traceability to all requirements
11. work with vendor on requirements (gathering/writing/execution)
12. guide scrum team during design, testing & warranty support
13. review of global and regional functional change requests to assess validity and feasibility in line with current user requirements – avoiding duplication / bespoke solutions.
14. sme for requirements, assessing applicability to current user requirements.
15. organize and run meetings with key regional and technical stakeholders to review user requirements and advise on the appropriate approach to any functional change.

17. overall support to impact assessment for change requests on design, scope, time, budget or effort on programme plan and provide accurate estimates for handling new requirements, design changes and scope

19. 5-year experience in agile & lean frameworks, change management framework & project management
20. familiarity with key tools including pioneer, discover, gpdm, clarity, hibs, jira and confluence
21. excellent analysis skills using a variety of techniques
22. must demonstrate experience in business process reengineering or operational effectiveness programs
23. proven experience in organizational governance (local and regional)

24. 5 years’ professional experience in a large global organization preferably in a transformation or it department or shared service organization
25. experience of working on a regional scale ( across time zone & geography and with remote teams)
26. highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
27. english language proficiency
