*main responsibilities*:
- support the development and execution of a comprehensive internal communication strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- create and manage content for the company's intranet, ensuring it is up-to-date, engaging, and relevant to employees across all departments and regions.
- support the development and implementation of policies and guidelines for intranet and internal channel usage to ensure consistency and alignment with the company's communication standards.
- collaborate with other departments and stakeholders across corporate areas and develop internal communication campaigns and initiatives that promote the company's culture, values, and brand.
- monitor and analyze intranet and internal communication channel metrics to continuously improve engagement and effectiveness.
- act as a liaison between different departments to ensure that all internal communication efforts are coordinated and aligned.
- train and support employees in the use of the intranet and other internal communication channels.

- understanding the building materials industry, company priorities, and employee audience needs to craft content and execute a global strategy that performs across internal channels

*qualifications*:
- bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications, content creation, digital media management, or corporate communications.
- strong writing and editing skills in english, with the ability to create clear, concise, and compelling content for a variety of internal communication channels; spanish is a plus.
- detail-oriented, with an eye for aesthetics - creating visually appealing communications.
- demonstrated experience with microsoft 365, intranet content management systems (cms), and digital workplace platforms.
- excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- demonstrated ability to analyze data and use insights to improve internal communication engagement and effectiveness.
- self-starter, able to take proactive initiative to enable change, identifying new trends, methodologies, providers, and technologies related to improving internal communications and people's engagement with messages.
