apoyar al área de administración de recursos humanos para cumplir con la ley federal del trabajo en méxico en cuanto a documentación y registros de los empleados en caso de alguna auditoría de autoridad.
*principales responsabilidades*:
- elaborar y actualizar contratos de empleados, cartas de empleados y acuerdos de terminación de empleados.
- asegurar que todos los registros de los empleados estén completos y actualizados de acuerdo con la ley federal del trabajo en méxico y el proceso interno de stori.
- inducción
- desvinculación
- actualizaciones específicas en la documentación actual
- impresión, escaneo y almacenamiento de registros de empleados (físicos y digitales).
- preparar el kit de onboarding para las nuevas contrataciones.
