*what you would do*
position involves partnership with fire business unit management teams across different regions and functions as well as support for fire financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities.
this individual will perform a variety of analytical and reporting activities.
this position acts as an analytical engine for the fire segment providing insights, supporting business decision-making, and operationalizing key financial data and metrics.
*how you will do it*:
- analyze financial data and provide forecasting and planning support.
- prepare reports and projections based on financial data.
- retrieve and compile data from various source systems.
- update and analyze key performance indicators (kpis) and financial metrics.
- prepare presentations for senior leadership team.
- build data visualizations for faster data-driven decisions and insights.
- load and validate financial data into various systems of record.
- perform adhoc analyses and other duties as assigned.
*what we look for*:
- bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business-related function
- 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, analysis or reporting
- strong customer and business orientation and desire to develop business acumen
- experience with various data software and visualization tools
- attention to detail and high standard of accuracy and precision
- ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
- strong communication and interpersonal skills.
