what you will do
1. develop and maintain scalable data models, pipelines, and dashboards to consolidate information from multiple sources (aws dwh, google sheets, and other systems);
2. conduct deep-dive data analysis and create predictive models to support decision-making processes;
3. design and execute a/b experiments to measure the impact of strategic initiatives;
4. monitor key kpis, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
data governance & infrastructure
1. collaborate with data owners and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data reliability, governance, and accessibility;
2. identify and implement solutions for data quality and availability gaps;
3. ensure alignment with data mesh principles, supporting decentralized data ownership while maintaining overall data integrity.
collaboration & stakeholder engagement
1. partner with several teams and areas to define and improve etl processes, data warehouse architecture, and automation workflows;
2. educate stakeholders on data best practices, enabling them to make data-driven decisions;
3. act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into analytical solutions.
must have
1. 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field ;
2. strong expertise in sql & postgresql for querying and data modeling;
3. strong experience with looker studio and the g suite;
4. soft skills: strong communicator with the ability to convey data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences; effective collaborator, working closely with cross-functional teams to turn data into action.
nice to haves
1. ability to integrate and work with multiple data sources, including google sheets, aws dwh, and other disparate systems;
2. experience in data governance and working within data mesh frameworks;
3. ability to work autonomously and proactively solve complex data challenges;
4. understanding of relational databases, data warehousing, and scalable etl pipelines;
5. familiarity with it-driven company operations, including software development workflows and agile methodologies;
6. experience in it-driven or startup environments;
7. hands-on experience with data process documentation and implementation.
