this role manages the projects portfolio deployment in customers' industrial facilities, granting smooth execution aligned with our project management process defined in global project methodology gpm.
*key responsibilities*- expand customer intimacy and handle overall customers' experience, measured through nps and rrs metrics- develop a team of project managers, working closely to expand engagement levels measured through voice of employee voe- conducts activities in a safe and healthy manner and works in accordance with established hs&e requirements to ensure the protection of employees, the public, and the environment- innovate to differentiate, through an early adoption of new processes and tools such as ring fencing, cora, advanced migration technologies amt, etc.- manage the projects p&l, driving key financial metrics as revenue and oi, change orders and working capital- interact and create synergy with other leader's functions such as lss, p&e and sales.- weekly forecasting of projects portfolio- evaluates, determines and drives the projects business, granting orders to cash conversion cycle- review and approves cost, scope, and schedule based on contractual commitments- interfaces with the regional organization and functional leaders- deliver flawless execution of the projects*you must have*- 4-year bachelor's degree in engineering
