*essential functions*:- edits articles, advertisements, speeches, web copy, video scripts, social media, and other informative and promotional materials to further program objectives.- ensures promotional materials adhere to branding templates and maintain consistency of top-level messaging across formats.- adheres to process workflows with regard to efficiency, effectiveness, and synergy across mediums; identifies and suggestschanges to processes where potential improvements are noted.- works closely with cross-functional creative personnel including but not limited to graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and coordinators to ensure overall project deliverables.- communicates regularly with project teams, peers, and management to set expectations and remain in alignment with key stakeholders and the broader organization on the status of any initiative.- ensures timely completion of projects as scheduled.- processes tasks through project management system of record.- perform creative quality control, including proofing, reviewing, and critiquing written content produced by fellow team members, senior management, account services, and clients.- negotiates proposed revisions to ensure company format and message are accurately portrayed.- perform other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management.the preceding functions have been provided as examples of the type of work performed by employees assigned to this job classification.

*education and experience*:- bachelor's degree in journalism, english, writing, marketing, communications, or related field, preferred.- minimum three (3) years experience in marketing or editing environments.- familiarity with dental or medical device industry, preferred.
