*what you'll do*:
- understand hiring needs, staffing requirements, and strategic objectives.
- develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent for business broker positions, including brokers, analysts, administrative staff, and support professionals.
- stay informed about industry best practices, market trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruiting processes and deliver innovative solutions.
*what we're looking for*:
- education & experience: bachelor's degree in a field that sets your soul on fire, whether it's in hr, psychology, public relations, business, or a related field, plus proven experience in recruiting for financial services or sales roles.
- tech savvy: proficiency in job boards, social media platforms, and other recruiting tools and technologies.
- organizational skills: strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- entrepreneurial spirit: a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
*what we offer*:
- $16,000 pesos per month + commissions.
