our faurecia *automotive seating division *is looking for a *digital transformation engineer (fes)*
*the main missions of the role are*:
- *
provide fes expertise (hse, quality, ee, pc&l and production system) based on 11 lean manufacturing principles to contribute to achieve operational business targets*
- define a roadmap - priorities, timing, capex, costs and savings commitments included in the stratplan, budget and forecast processes
- ensure resources are allocated upon need to digital and automation projects
- deploy standards defined by bg / group
- improve standards
- train on standards (assessment, train the trainers, training package material), coach and support
- define the change management plans
- implement the change management plans
- set up appropriate governance, animate the network, build strong partnerships with all key stakeholders.
risk management and alert process
- follow up deployment and operational performance: adherence to roadmap, p&l and cash impact, # standard tools deployed, usage, # ideas implemented
- share best practices and lessons learnt (capitalized project experience.
- * support dt network animation in the plant*
- contribute to deploy digital solutions and increase the usage of the digital tools
- propose and promote best practices within the plant (dt network)
minimum education level: bachelor degree in business or engineering experience:
- minimum 2 years of working experience within a production environment
- recognized experience and ability to improve processes and kpi's within a plant using fes principles
- previous plant launch experience and previous management experience is a plus
skills and competencies:
- network animation, coaching and influencing/persuasion skills
- ability to train and coach within the plant
- continuous improvement mind set
- ability to master change
- understand basic p&l and operational levers
- fluent english language knowledge: written and spoken
- problem diagnosis and analytic skills to understand contexts and define/support the definition of action plans
