Finsa 3202, parque industrial finsa 1 santa catarina, nuevo león, méxico, 66350*sourcing project manager*role responsibilities*:- lead and execute strategic projects for na, including supply chain execution, pricing negotiations, contract implementation and performance against established targets.- manage supplier relationships, communicate changes to category strategy, execute joint collaborative initiatives, and monitor supplier contract negotiations.- operational and spend analysis, development and execution of annual sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, supplier performance management & operational support.- build and maintain relationships throughout every level of the organization, that results in dynamic interactive dialogue on a broad range of perspectives and information critical to identify sourcing needs and leading to the development of optimal approaches and solutions.- develop deep supplier relationships with strategic suppliers to include data review and analysis, performance management, provide end to end value, and bring innovation to the business.- identifies business demand requirements and partners with business units to deliver annual value improvements and drive competitive advantage.- responsible for overall relationship with multiple strategic accounts across the globe.- leads sourcing process from rfq to contract signature.- ensures supplier or commodity is performing to the designed requirements from delivery, quality and cost perspective through established governance programs.- escalate issues that may impact the supply chain organization and effectively manages issues.- strong project management capabilities to support effective initiative, program and spend tracking.- committed to supporting supplier diversity and other important supply chain initiatives.*role purpose*:- large project size across na sites (mexico and us)- managing + 200 global suppliers for rfq and vendor awards.- drive forward your career through professional development opportunities*minimum requirements*:- minimum of 5 years of experience among sourcing / supply chain / engineering / pmo.- strong desire on project management skills (agile)- advanced conversational english (including written)- sap knowledge- desire windchill knowledge- excel, power point and office tools*carrier is an equal *opportunity/affirmative* action employer.
