fully responsible for all the personnel management work, including human resource planning, organizational development, recruitment, compensation & benefit, performance management, learning & development, employee relations management etc.
responsabilities
assist the factory director to complete the annual staffing plan, labor cost budget report, and determine the annual key human resource projects.
organize and carry out the recruitment work according to the annual staffing plan, and control the recruitment fee within the budget.
by integrating the salary data and information of the local human resource market, optimize and adjust the compensation structure and level, so as to maintain the incentive and fairness of compensation.
design a reasonable organization structure, job responsibilities and management authority according to business requirements, and sort out the performance management standards and qualifications of the positions through job analysis.
continuously collect feedback and suggestions from employees and managers on the performance management system, and continuously optimize the system to improve its positive orientation, fairness and efficiency of processing.
ensure the legality of labor employment, including the employment of local employees and expatriate and foreign employees for business trips.
responsible for the signing, renewal and termination of labor contracts.
responsible for the planning and implementation of new staff training, position skill training, and individual development plan for key positions.
responsible for organizing team building activities, corporate culture activities and etc., to promote the harmonious development of the team.
*qualifications*:
bachelor's degree or relevant experience
5+ years' experience in human resources
knowledge of six modules of human resources, and proficient in at least three modules
knowledge of mexican labor law
