.*position*:market intelligence analystas part of the market intelligence and insights team, the marketing intelligence will lead competitive intelligence efforts and support market research efforts to better understand competitors, improve customer experience, and differentiate our marketing efforts in the marketplace to drive continued growth for the business. This person will design, execute, and deliver strategic insights related to competitive intelligence and targeting requests and support overall market research efforts.*what you'll be doing*- design and execute global competitive business intelligence efforts. Gather, analyze, and distribute intelligence on products, market conditions, competitors, and target audiences for business decision-making.- employ primary and secondary resources to develop global actionable insights, including competitor announcements, review sites, financial reports, analyst reports, etc. to build and communicate a detailed understanding of key competitors' strategies, offerings, go-to-market activities, and performance.- regularly prepare global competitive/marketing opportunities for key stakeholders and leadership.- support the design and execution of global data specific research projects, including defining business question(s), developing research approaches, managing suppliers and tools, analyzing the data, and communicating results, interpretation, and recommendations to various cross-functional stakeholders.- the market intelligence analyst i assists in research and analysis of available procurement data and identifies enterprise technology sales opportunities on behalf of leading software and hardware manufactures and solution providers.performs primary and secondary research to obtain information related to it buying and selling trends and communicates datapoints to mid and senior level staff.- manages individual research projects as instructed by senior staff and provides peers with conclusions drawn from data mining, analysis, and other research.- provides sales and marketing campaign support including creating powerpoint presentations on customer organizations, contact list creation and validation, call script support, and other campaign consulting.- maintains integrity of data in company databases, performs data entry, and other general market research functions.*what we are looking for*- market research background.- experience skill for business flow understanding and expertise in data preparation and pre-processing.- familiarity with bi technologies such as power bi, looker, tableau, alteryx.
