The o&g reliability solutions (rs) sales engineer position requires meeting/exceeding annual net orders booking goals and a successful execution of the growth initiatives for reliability solution business, covering pemex subsidiaries and the o&g ecosystem, both public and private companies, in the states of tabasco and campeche primarily, but not only.
this role is responsible for business development looking for to have a 12-months-rolling opportunities funnel for rs worth of 4 to 5 times any given fiscal year´s orders goal, and to secure meeting orders booking goal in that region and market.
this responsibility includes products, software and services that emcopass: ams 6500 atg, ams asset monitor, ams wireless vibration, ams 2140, ams machinery manager software, ams machine works software, ams trex, ams device manager and ams plantweb optics solutions. As well as the mtell part of aspentech. Also consulting and feed services, project management, implementation, repair services, and post installation services and training.
in this role, your responsibilities will be:
1. develop and implement sales strategies to enhance revenue growth for our reliability solutions portfolio.
2. identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging with potential customers.
3. build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
5. prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
6. stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions in the market.
7. monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
8. provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.

12. motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and a track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
13. knowledge of reliability solutions and technologies is highly desirable.
14. ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
15. willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
preferred qualifications that set you apart:
16. specific experience in the areas of industrial process control and/or asset management programs & technologies is highly preferred.
