The marketing manager is responsible for maximizing remixto’s revenues by developing programs to drive vacation rental acquisition, property management services, rental occupancy, and add-on services as well as expand the brand awareness of the company.
The marketing manager will be responsible for successfully implementing promotional campaigns and to track success in order to satisfy customer needs, working closely with the sales team and other staff to meet the sales kpis for the company.
This is a full time position.
*duties*:
- industry and competitor analysis to identify competitive advantages and opportunities
- analysis of sales volume, customer feedback to monitor competitiveness, business and operational fitness of products and services
- develop the core positioning, pricing and messaging of products and services
- direct the creation and implementation of marketing and sales collateral to further the reach and booking success of remixto
- solicit and monitor customer feedback to identify strengths and weaknesses
*qualifications*:
- 4-6 years of public relations or marketing experience
- minimum of 2 years within the hospitality industry and knowledge of hotel and/or vacation rental market features, benefits, and competition
- master’s degree preferred
- must possess computer skills, including, but not limited to, use of microsoft word, excel
- command of english and spanish, written and verbal
- strong project management and organisational skills
- ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
