and assists with payroll processing.
*essential functions*:- responsible for clerical & administrative duties related to human resources.- support plant 1 for attending voluntary resignations.- support all employee events activities.- support communication activities including the board update.- maintain employee files for all plants.- scan fte documents periodically and upload them on e-file.- legal compliance - hr policies- support employee services in p1- support executive assistant when absent.- provide id batches to suppliers, visitors & replace lost or damaged id badges.
(p1, p2, p4 & adc)- create employment letters- create srms- bank cards replacement- updated the "real reason of resignation" report.- keep hr information boards up to date & clean.- control inventory stock of hr forms in assigned plant.- maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.- maintains quality service by following organization standards.- support change management.- support psa activities and procedures with team members.- the employee has the authority to stop the production line, when he/she notices that the product has a quality problem or defect.- all other activities as assigned related with this function.
