We are looking for an aftersales support technician to be responsible for customer support requests through phone, support portal, or other means, coordinating with the customer operator and any other areas of pvh, the recovery service (service recovery) of the product in an agile and effective manner, ensuring the efficiency of the processes to restore the relationship with the claimant, improving their future satisfaction in the face of new claims and achieving business continuity through the prescription of our products for other projects and other clients.
pv hardware (pvh) is a provider of innovative solar tracking solutions for the global utility-scale solar market, including trackers, fixed structures, and scada system.
qualifications:
* electronic, industrial, or mechanical associate or bachelor degree
experience:
* 1+ year of experience in commissioning of electromechanical equipment.
* electricity, electronics, or electromechanics engineer is preferred.
* experience as a technician specialized in electricity, electronics, or electromechanics is preferred.
* microsoft office products.
responsibilities:
customer success is vital to our long-term profitability. We will not be successful unless our customers are receiving massive value from our service and continue to purchase on a recurring basis. Our team of after sales support manages the customer service from commissioning to after sales and warranty period.
* provide support as first point of contact for any issue throughout the organization and escalate as appropriate.
* provide timely and accurate service in order to maintain business continuity by retaining clients and gaining brand advocates.
* technicians may provide assistance in person, through the pvh platform, email, or over the phone.
* perform on-site or remote technology setups and troubleshooting on an as-needed basis.
* identify reoccurring issues and help devise solutions to prevent them.
* technology including, but not limited to, lora communications devices and industrial iot.
* train operation and maintenance personnel in the use of the platform, diagnostics, and correction of incidents.
* comply with and ensure compliance with the service and quality standards set by pvh policies.
* resolve and follow up on technical incidents related to the products installed.
* advise customers on maintenance periods and the use of operation and maintenance manuals.
* comply with the response times established in the warranties.
* propose management improvements for the department.
