*your role and responsibilities*
activities include, but are not limited to:
- asset management leader order processing and placement
- hardware and software systems
- interface with support organizations
- monitoring of processes
- data flows and data repositories to ensure assets
- data elements are being collected, handled, stored and reported accurately in accordance with vendor licensing terms and conditions
- performance of timely asset data updates to maintain accuracy of database repository (i,e.
), identifying and managing asset discrepancies and compliance resolution process to closure, procedure and process documentation, reporting, invoice reconciliation, change management, measurements and data analytics
- forecasting and planning, and install, move, add, and change (imac) coordination
