Responsibilities:
1. maintain responsibilities for existing sales and sales growth in your region.
2. have a good knowledge of critical company products and their usages. Adhere to company policies on all paperwork, including expense reports, time off requests, and performance reviews.
3. willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
4. understand customer needs and provide suggestions to meet their requirements.
5. cultivate strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing client relationships.
6. work closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
7. develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
8. assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
9. manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
10. demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
11. maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
12. may perform other job-related duties as assigned.
minimum requirements:
1. bachelor’s degree.
2. 2 - 4 years relevant work experience in sales or business development, particularly in field sales.
3. english proficiency at 90%.
4. experience visiting maquiladoras; a background in medical maquiladoras would be preferred.
5. excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
7. strong organization and project management skills.
8. friendly and personable demeanor.
9. proficient in microsoft office and relevant software.
10. ability to travel internationally as required. Valid driver’s license, current proof of insurance, and clean driving record.
