we are currentlyseeking a talent acquisition intern for our shared service centerin san nicolas de los garza.
requirements: - current student from6th grade of administration, communication, psychology, hr, orrelated field (no graduated).
- microsoft 360 office (excel, word,powerpoint, outlook).
- basic knowledge of the hr area, desirableknowledge in recruitment (not mandatory).
- intermediate-advancedlevel of english (required).
- availability to work from monday tofriday before 5pm (preferred, we are flexible).
main activities:(other functions may be assigned) - sourcing of candidates forfirst filter.
- job postings on social networks and job boards.
-scheduling interviews for selected candidates with hiring managers.- general support to the talent acquisition team.
- notifying hrgeneralist of upcoming hires so that induction can be scheduled.verifies that the quality system is being complied with.
-compliance with the requirements of the iatf 16949 standard.
