the digital marketing manager will help define our overall digital marketing strategy by developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to ensure growth.
*the details*:
- create, execute, and measure digital inbound marketing campaigns.
- create website content and generate traffic to the website
- oversee seo strategy and set goals for the generation of inbound traffic.
- execute digital programs to grow appropriate following and engage audience
- actively test new tools and media channels to innovate and scale programs
- continue to evolve and iterate on the strategy
- analyze and report on various metrics
- identifying key areas for improvements, such as audience, acquisition, behavior, and conversions.
- researching competitors, alternative markets, and opportunities
- brainstorming ideas to enhance and transform the company's digital approach.
*desired qualifications*:
- a bachelor's degree in business management, marketing or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
- proficient in digital metrics and kpis with a deep understanding of their dependencies and relationships.
- hub-spot, google analytics, seo, and crm software knowledge
- experience with paid search, paid social, or both
- experience with b2b marketing
- experience with b2b targeting
- experience executing integrated demand generation programs and measuring their effectiveness
- experience with data-driven decision making and campaign optimization
- excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- excellent organizational skills, time-management skills, and attention to detail
- able to learn how to use new software products quickly and deeply
- strong work-ethic, with high degree of self-motivation and ability to work with limited supervision.
- ability to manage competing deadlines, changing requirements, and working with various resources or information.
