job summary
we are seeking a highly skilled erp operations support specialist to provide day-to-day support for our erp operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in erp system support and be proficient in process optimization.
the successful candidate will focus on the procurement and sourcing module, accounts payable, fleet management, chargeback management, inventory management, master planning, case management, payroll, and hr.
* provide end-to-end business process support for regional offices in nepal, india, and toluca.
* conduct business process documentation, modeling, and testing.
* perform regression testing and user acceptance testing (uat) for new and modified business processes.
responsibilities
* develop training materials to support the s2p++ process.
* provide end-to-end business process support for travel and expense management.
* oversee system administration for concur travel, concur expenses, and the concur-wipli-d365 integration.
requirements
* bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
* advance english level (c1)
* knowledge of user acceptance testing (uat), regression testing, and process optimization.
* proven experience in erp system support
