*work schedule*: hybrid, going to the office in gdl for 3 days.
* statement*:
this position will be supporting recruiting operations activities and sourcing activities. Also, will support on projects that are part of process improvement of the acquisition center and other activities such as process documentation and communication templates.
*detailed responsibilities*:
- scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
- support with references and background check activities.
- support with the recruiting report, metrics and kpis dashboard.
- support the recruiters with the administrative activities of the recruitment process.
- support on the internal audits.
- proactive recruiting. Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires.
- posting job positions (when necessary).
- application of psychometric tests.
