roles and responsibilities

7. perform physical inventories and cycle counts according to the inventory schedule or when requested by your supervisor and/or customer service and/or management, and as many times as necessary, to verify that the inventory has been taken correctly.
8. receive and deliver non-conforming material (quarantine) to the area that requests it.
9. perform physical inventories and/or cycle counts of non-conforming material (quarantine).
10. conduct audits of customer inventory levels not included in the electronic requirements receipt scheme. The activities included are:
1. review inventory levels.
2. supply material as directed by the customer and/or supplier.
3. deliver and distribute material as directed by the customer and/or supplier.
11. proper documentation management.
12. consider urgent/sos requirements as priority number 1.
13. make a list of assigned activities for follow-up, if required.
14. report any problems that arise with the system, data, and equipment to your coordinator/supervisor.
15. actively participate with the work group in a) training sessions (initial and advanced), b) area, department, and company meetings.
16. provide support for extraordinary activities required by the branch, including those defined in the general services driver job description.
17. develop any new activities or projects assigned.
skills, knowledge, and abilities
qualities and requirements
education and/or experience
1. high school diploma
2. 1 year of experience in a warehouse position within the company, with knowledge of all warehouse areas
3. 1 year of experience in the position within the manufacturing sector
4. forklift driver's license issued by the company
5. driver's license preferred
general requirements
