*what you'll do*:
- defining business goals and objectives, developing and implementing plans to achieve them;
- launching product sales processes, ensuring the fulfillment of the product sales plan;
- actively attracting new customers, conducting negotiations, presenting the company and products;
- developing partnerships with clients;
control of daily processes, compliance with company policy;
- revenue planning and forecasting, p&l and budget control;
- search for new business models and opportunities for starting and developing a business;
- recruitment, training and support of the sales and business development team, including setting goals and kpis.
*what we expect*:
- more than 5 years of experience in the field of internet marketing, blogging and affiliate business;
- at least 3 years of business management;
- the ability to build business processes, sales and business development strategies;
- skills in managing complex projects and working in multitasking mode;
- developed analytical skills and the ability to work with large amounts of information;
- the ability to adapt to the dynamic environment of online marketing;
- the ability to achieve goals independently using a proactive approach;
- advanced knowledge of the english language;
- native proficiency in spanish;
- working experience in an influencers agency will be an advantage.
