- leadership & strategy: lead and manage the marketing team in mexico, driving b2b marketing strategies that align with corporate goals while adapting them to the local market.
- team development: lead a team of marketing professionals, focusing on growth, structure, and opportunity-driven strategies across different business pillars.
- marketing & business development: identify and create new business opportunities in b2b marketing, working closely with commercial and technical teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
- platform development: oversee the development of conceptual platforms to engage with the market, combining marketing and commercial elements.
- client engagement: build and nurture strong relationships with clients, actively pursuing new business opportunities and ensuring client needs are met.
- cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with local and global teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategies.
- performance metrics: achieve success through kpis such as lead generation, brand awareness, conversion rates, and roi on campaigns.
perfil buscado
- experience: proven experience in b2b marketing, with a strong focus on leadership and business development. Previous experience in a hybrid marketing/commercial role is highly valued.
- industry knowledge: background in industries such as flavorist/perfumer houses or other technical/commercial marketing environments is preferred.
- leadership skills: strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving results.
- language: fully bilingual (english/spanish) is required.
- personal traits: a curious, proactive, and emotionally resilient leader who can thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- travel: willingness to travel and meet with clients as necessary.
