we are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of *change manager*
*principal responsibilities*
- monitor and hold it service management regional operations to account for adherence to policies, operating instructions, procedures, and best practices.
- lead the change enablement activities within a structured process framework.
- contribute to the evaluation of change impact and organizational readiness to limit risk and impact.
- facilitate change advisory boards and maintain a forward schedule of change activities for effective prioritization, concentration, and conflict management.
- evaluate change requests against available resources, impact of change, organizational readiness, and appetite for the risk represented.
- validating that appropriate tests and evaluation have been performed before higher-risk changes are permitted to proceed.
- ensuring sufficient and relevant documentation of change related processes and activities.
- evaluating the efficacy of emergency change implementation, validation, and backout processes.
- identify and drive opportunities to improve ways of working and operational efficiency as needed.
- evaluating the risk of change and providing actionable guidance for reducing or mitigating risk and impact.
- evaluating and identifying patterns in change implementation, verification, and back-out to inform improvement of change success and delivery reliability.
- identifying risks and developing risk mitigation.
- identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
requirements

- strong proficiency with writing and speaking in english
- over 5 years' experience in a mid-senior it service management role with solid foundation and knowledge of the day-to-day operations of a global financial services, change enablement team.
- knowledge of, training-in and awareness of itil processes and it service management practices.
- working knowledge of use and administration of service management toolsets such as servicenow
- experience with use of reporting platforms such as cognos and qlikview and qliksense
- strong analytical skills and ability to deliver management information (mi) reports that provide meaningful insight to stakeholders at all levels
- experience using analytical skills and abilities to visualize clear messages using data from reporting tools
- excellent written and spoken communication skills, with ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior-level executives.
- experiences working with a global team across time-zones, cultures and geographies
- strong working knowledge of microsoft excel, microsoft business intelligence, microsoft office tools, microsoft macros, and c# are required.
- an inquisitive, proactive and detective mind-set with sound analytical judgment used to identify and resolve problems, draw conclusions, make recommendations and make decisions
