Overview: responsible for the execution of the company strategy through overseeing programs
and projects such as new customer introduction (onboarding), new product introduction,
continuous improvement projects, quality projects, customer projects, and others.
specific objectives:
- lead end-to-end programs and projects, from concept to closure.
- develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation,
ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
- coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time,
within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, adjusting project plans as
needed to accommodate changing requirements.
- track program and project performance and report on key metrics, providing regular
updates to clients and internal teams.
- use data analytics to assess program outcomes and measure against predefined kpis,
offering recommendations for improvement.
- create and deliver project reports, presentations, and other documentation to
communicate progress and results.

qualifications:
education: 4-year degree in business administration, finance, project management,
engineering, or a related field.
master's degree in finances, mba, project management, or
related is preferred.
experience: 5+ years of experience in account management, project/program management, or
a similar client-facing role, preferably in a consulting or services industry.
certifications: pmp, ipma c/b, praxis practitioner, gpm-b/s or equivalent are highly desired.

- excellent client relationship management skills and a customer-centric approach.
- proficiency in crm software (e.g., salesforce) and microsoft office suite.
- excellent communication and negotiation abilities (must).
- strong project and program management skills, with experience using tools like ms
project, asana, trello, or similar.

- exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present
complex information clearly.
