about the role
the purpose of the operations analyst role is to work closely with our science and technology teams to develop and configure the innovative solutions that our consulting team implements with our clients. The person in this role will work with an exciting cross-functional team of psychologists and software engineers to bring to life solution configurations that drive meaningful outcomes for our clients. responsibilities and requirements
* collaborate closely with our science team to determine the specifications for assessment configurations and create the solutions that we bring to market.
* configure technology, including building assessments and reporting content with careful attention to detail to ensure that everything we build is error-free.
* perform a variety of configuration and qa-related tasks to ensure that our assessment and reporting content is built to exacting standards at a quality level expected by our client base of large, global corporations.
* reporting based on the assessment responses and populating with the right data, taking requirements from an excel file and putting it on an interface. The main purpose is to create the assessment similar to data entry, proficient in excel.
* input the scoring and run the assessment formula written in saas.
* communicate effectively with team members from many different countries and backgrounds with an open mind, inclusive mindset, and passion for great ideas no matter where they come from.
* solve problems and improve processes as they are encountered with a constant eye towards finding better and more efficient ways to work.

* associate or bachelor degree in an information technology, business, or management program with a high aptitude for computing/technology is preferred. Aptitude in mathematics, logic, and psychology is helpful.
* 0+ years of relevant experience is required, but a consistent track record of hard work, attention to detail, and problem-solving related to technology-oriented jobs is preferred.
* this position is in the us, but will work remotely in a home office. The successful candidate will be able to handle the responsibility of remote work. This requires initiative and self-direction at times. And, it requires going the extra mile to onboard and connect with team members to build strong working relationships.
