4-8 years of prior experience in end to end recruitment, preferably bpo recruitment.
- prior experience in conducting detailed hr and behavioral interviews for a variety of roles
- successful experience managing multiple searches, and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle at the same time
- worked in a team environment that emphasized group contributions
- hands on sourcing experience.
- required knowledge of multi - channels sourcing.
key stakeholder relationship management:
develop strong and positive relationships with designated business area stakeholders and hiring managers through:
- regular formal and informal meetings and contact actively seeking and acting on stakeholder and hiring manager feedback
- gain a sound understanding of requirements (business unit structure, nature of their work and business challenges faced) to ensure sourcing process aligned with plan
- ensure designated business stakeholders and hiring managers understand the recruitment process and communicate same including agreed recruitment process
- communicate recruitment trends and market intelligence insights (as applicable to individual hiring managers) and provide pro-active recruitment guidance to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance
- become key contact point for designated business area stakeholders/hiring managers on any recruitment and sourcing queries that arise.
- identify and escalate queries that require recruitment operations
roles & responsibilities:
- university degree or similar educational background
- a sound understanding of in-house recruitment best practice
- proven track record of international recruitment experience
- must have excellent communication in advance english and german with interpersonal skills
- team player attitude
- ability to handle dynamic situations and manage multiple tasks
- strong written and verbal/presentation skills
