_- supervisa los procesos de planificación que establecen metas a corto, mediano y largo plazo así como las prioridades, estrategias y programas para alcanzar esos objetivos; asegura factores clave de éxito, las cuestiones estratégicas _- otorga el soporte técnico, científico y de mercadotecnia adecuado a los distintos canales de distribución local y regional (bcla) para cumplir con los objetivos de ventas planteados a nível directivo.
