If so, this might be the job for you.- english proficiency (written & verbal) and excellent communication skills- experience working with web analytics packages, with extensive knowledge of adobe analytics.- familiarity with cohort analysis- experience with dashboarding tools such as qlik, looker, or tableau- running and evaluating a/b tests- building dashboards to provide reporting on daily impact- predictive analytics- sql in a cloud-based database environment- ability to work with product teams to dive deep into analysis* 2-3 years of experience in similar roles and use of analytics tools.
*- primary objectives:- dive deep into data across the model e team to develop impactful insights that drive business decisions- build dashboards and report out to empower business owners with data- continuously optimize reporting and analytics to increase impact on the business- define and implement web metrics- consolidate data from disparate data sources across the business to create holistic insights- analyze data across the omni-channel experience to create a clear view of the total selling system- engage with businesses, and influence their strategic decisions based on analytics insights.- dive deep into data to provide analysis to benefit the product team- work with global analytics team to build and advance analytical capabilities- ability to take on business questions and understand how to answer it through data and analysis- create comprehensive and clear presentations for business partners and senior leadership, in the form of analytics dashboards and insights decks- collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and development to implement changes across the selling system- seek opportunities to improve the reporting processes, data collection, and delivery methods
