objective of the position:
supply chain finance sr. Analyst is a finance business partner that provides end-to-end financial support to supply chain functions (procurement, manufacturing, and cs&l).
skills/experience:
1. degree in industrial engineering, business administration or similar.
2. more than 5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, material replenishment, scheduling, etc.
3. advanced level of excel and sap, s/4hana is a plus.
4. knowledge of database administration, power bi, power point, sac, hyperion planning.
5. advanced english.
6. location: ocoyoacac, mexico (5 minutes from outlet lerma).
key responsibilities:
1. review and analyze manufacturing expenses, collaborating with the plant team to have cost projections and savings opportunities, as well as support in the preparation of the budget.
2. collaborate with the logistics team for the analysis and in-depth projection of distribution and storage expenses, looking for opportunities to improve spending.
3. analyze cost-benefits of lease vs. purchase projects, collaborating with the procurement and plant team.
4. participate in continuous improvement (tpm) and supply chain review processes.
5. prepare reports on savings, capital investments, commodity and loss analysis.
6. follow up on the operating model to clarify doubts and improvements to current processes.
7. analyze the standard cost of the month against budget and projections, finding the main variations and activating points for improvement.
