- elaboración de facturas de importación y exportación virtuales en el sistema de anexo 24.
- elaboración de facturas de importación y llenado de check list.
- elaboración de facturas de exportación de consolidado asi como la generación de los documentos aduanales para despacho en ambas aduanas.
- elaboración de facturas de importación y exportación definitiva asi como los documentos para el despacho en ambas aduanas.
- elaboración de importación de químicos asi como proceso de aprobación en ambas aduanas asi como los documentos para el despacho en ambas aduanas.
- generación de pedimentos virtuales en saai
- generación de pedimentos consolidados en saai.
- generación de hoja de calculo de pedimentos de importación.
- realizar auditoria de sellos de alta seguridad y registrarla.
- registrar el seguimiento de importaciones y exportaciones en bitácora.
- seguimiento de los embarques a través de gps.
- participar activamente en el área que le sea asignado de acuerdo con los requerimientos del departamento.
- cumplir los lineamientos de los estándares de seguridad del perfil de c-tpat y oea.
- mantener el archivo físico y electrónico de las operaciones que realiza. Cumplir con el estándar de 5’s + s.
*requerimientos básicos*:
- carrera profesional terminada nível licenciatura.
- conocimiento y manejo de sistemas computacionales.
- bilingüe 50%
- disponibilidad de horario.
- habilidad para trabajar en equipo
- habilidad para trabajar bajo presión.
- manejo y conocimiento de microsoft office manejo y conocimiento de anexo 24
