Job purpose
the purpose of this role is to support the hr manager on overseeing the human resources responsibilities and activities in mexico. Assist on managing recruitment processes, employee relations, regulatory compliance, payroll liaison and learning and development. Be the front-line delivery for the strategic interface between hr business partners and business operations by efficiently executing hr practices & services to the stakeholders & employees in the business. The role holder will be expected to execute employee engagement activities and various employee retention initiatives to align business objectives with employee's orientation within the company.
Principal accountabilities
i. To efficiently execute hr strategies to support business objectives:
- to support successful implementation of change initiatives by hr designed to support organizational goals.
- liaising with assigned business in operations to plan, understand and discuss initiatives for employee management and performance.
- to run the ijp & support business unbiasedly & effectively with filling in the required positions.
Ii. To drive and enhance employee experience and engagement through effective execution of hr & people related policies & practices:
- providing end to end support to employees and managers to better understand and utilize hr tools, processes, and policies
- providing insights to operations/managers on employee relations matters to enable them to deal with and handle employee issues effectively
- providing advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure maximum support has been rendered to the employee
- coordinating the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries to increase employee engagement level overall
- providing advisory service to employees
- counselling the employees on identified behavioral or performance issues to assist the employee in understanding the impact on performance & business objectives
- actively participating & driving fun committee activities and open forums to enhance employee experience & performance, based on a periodic employee engagement calendar in conjunction with stakeholder & reporting manager
- ensuring the new employee orientation sessions are run smoothly & addressing issues or fixing gaps if any to make a positive impact on employee experience.
Iii. To work in collaboration with stakeholders and other departments to provide hr business partner services:
