key responsibilities:
1. oim hands-on lead (8 to 12 years)
2. work as a technical lead/architect to develop solutions within the oracle iam suite. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
3. learn to understand business and customer requirements that drive the analysis and design of technical solutions.
technical experience:
1. 8 to 12 years or more experience with oracle identity manager implementation
2. approval workflows multi-step
3. custom event handlers
4. supporting integrations across multiple application environments
5. good experience with customization or development
6. hands-on development, customization, and solution experience on oim, depth of understanding in identity management and governance use cases, etc.

1. good communication presentation skill
2. willing to learn and adopt new iam technologies.
3. flexibility to align with business needs of the project.
