*about this opportunity*:
the position is responsible for driving and coordinating the efforts of the team for ericsson entities in scope for the company control in terms of improvement and performance management.
*what you will do*:
- lead change management initiatives
- prepare and present in company control operational reviews
- company control hub financial budgets and financial plan
- spoc within the hub to facilitate and coordinate on global company control/ improvement & performance projects or initiatives as needed
- authorized requestor for gl deviations
- project management for selected key projects
- business continuity plan
- coordinate, on behalf of the company controller, record retention plan & schedule for entities within hub
- support corporate audit or internal audit, as needed
- provide inputs for maintenance of financial authorization matrix
- facilitate and coordinate competence plans to ensure compliance. Complete the relevant elc control
*you will bring*:
5-10 years of work experience
finance background
experience from working with improvements projects
experience working within different finance areas including different geographies and having a global perspective
drive, integrity and perspective
result orientation, networking/great teammate, communication skills, perseverance, change agent
