*essential duties and job responsibilities*:this listing is designed to guide and help to idetify the expectations of this roles and to support the departement and bussiness.- manage all aspects of finance and accounting: this includes billing, financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, inventory accounting, cost accounting, revenue recognition, financial forecasting, budgets, various special analysis, consolidation and reporting.- provides leadership and maintains strong relationships with internal and external customers: works with senior management to identify their needs and seek a full range of business solutions.
works with the purchasing / sales department to ensure raw material costs are recovered from customers.
keeps in contact with hq to ensure all kern-liebers policies and procedures are followed.- coordinate external resources: work with external stakeholders (auditors, local municipalities, state agencies) to ensure compliances with external requirements.- coordinate internal resources: oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including the organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, development and monitoring of organizational budgets.
