Job responsibilities include:
reception duties: answering the telephone and making outbound calls to our partners and clients;
plan and schedule meetings and appointments, make necessary changes in calendars to reflect on those meetings;
prepare meetings with clients and within the department;
receive and distribute incoming mail;
other administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum requirements:
- good command of both verbal and written english, knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage;
attention to details and interpersonal skills
experience with ms office (word, excel);
previous experience, although not mandatory, will be considered an advantage;
education level of at least ged/high school diploma.
