We are seeking to recruit an experienced hr professional from the sofom/debt collection/call center industry in mexico.
*key responsibilities*
- devising talent acquisition mechanisms for attracting new hires to the business.
- conducting interviews with prospects.
- managing onboarding, training and dismissal activities.
- designing and implementing performance matrix and appraisal systems
- employment relationship management.
- working closely with stakeholders ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
- improving our employee retention schemes.
*essential requirements*
- a minimum of 2 years' experience working in an hr role for a financial institution in mexico, highly preferred if you possess a background in the sofom industry.
- *experience recruiting for call agents.*:
- start-up or scale-up experience, we are expecting a swift growth in staff members over the next 12 month.
- fluent and clear spoken english.

pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
