The change analyst will produce or support the production of the following ocm deliverables:
- stakeholder and leadership assessment, engagement, and alignment
- communication strategy, plan
- create / design communication artifacts
- training strategy, plan
- create / design learning content
- change adoption measures and measurement program
- responsibilities include:
- manage work plan inclusive of ocm activities
- engage in collaborative and constructive client dialogue to evaluate progress against program objectives
- maintain effective and trusting working client relationships to facilitate program success and expansion
- use design thinking, storytelling and other next generation methodologies to innovate within our projects and to perform stakeholder management activities
- develop client ready communication and engagement content
- advanced english
- at least 1 year of exp in a change management and/or communications & training role
- experience working virtually with global teams
- outstanding communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills
- attention to detail
ability to be flexible, demonstrate critical thinking and work effectively in fluid, complex environments
